Scope of Services

Animation Craze is a professional creative studio specializing in CGI, VFX, and FOOH (Fake Out-of-Home) advertising animation. Services include, but are not limited to:
– 3D product visualization and animation
– Visual effects for commercial campaigns
– Digital billboard and FOOH visual content
– Creative consulting and motion design

All services are tailored according to the client’s brief and project requirements.

Project Engagement and Revisions

Upon approval of the quotation or proposal, a formal agreement outlining project scope, deliverables, timelines, and terms will be shared.
– A limited number of revisions (typically 1–2 rounds) are included unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– Major changes or scope alterations requested after initial approval may incur additional charges.
– Final deliverables will be submitted in agreed formats following full payment clearance.

Payment Terms

– A 50% advance payment is required to initiate any project unless agreed otherwise.
– The remaining 50% is payable upon completion, prior to delivery of final, watermark-free files.
– All payments must be made via approved payment channels (e.g., bank transfer, Payoneer).
– Delayed payments may affect project timelines and incur late fees.

Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Animation Craze retains ownership of all original assets, source files, and working files unless explicitly transferred in writing.
– Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, limited license to use the final output for the specified purposes.
– Redistribution, resale, or modification of the content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:
– Provide clear, complete, and timely project briefs and brand assets.
– Respond promptly to communication, feedback requests, and approvals.
– Ensure that all provided materials (e.g., logos, scripts, visuals) are owned or licensed for use.

Delays in communication or incomplete input may impact the agreed timeline.

Confidentiality

All client data, files, and project-related information are treated with strict confidentiality. Animation Craze will not disclose or share any proprietary information with third parties without written consent, unless legally obligated.

Limitation of Liability

Animation Craze shall not be held liable for:
– Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or non-performance of deliverables
– Delays caused by client-side feedback, third-party dependencies, or force majeure events
– Platform-specific technical issues unrelated to our services

In all cases, Animation Craze’s liability shall be limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific project.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by written notice in case of material breach of contract. In such cases:
– The client will be invoiced for the work completed up to the termination date.
– Advance payments are non-refundable once creative or production work has commenced.
– All rights to unfinished content remain with Animation Craze unless otherwise agreed.
